Hi

Is there anyone from absolute yoga?
I thinking of trying out the Yoga there.
Do they have classes for beginners?

Nope. They do not have beginners classes. However, before each class, the instructor would ask if anyone is new and more attention would be paid to the new ones. The instructors are really patient and dedicated. I highly recommend absoluteyoga.

Actually there is a yoga teacher in OCC that is doing a pretty good job, already more than year and the regulars just keep on it. Very serious yoga and informative type

Hi!
I am interested to try out hot yoga at Absolute Yoga. I heard that we have to pay $34 for the one time drop-in class. Does anyone go to absolute yoga because i heard we could get a discount or offer if someone recommend me in.

Hi! I read a lot about Yoga from this forum but I'm still at lost.
I've never been to any Yoga class and I am curious to try one.
I'm wondering which one is better and beneficial, join a gym or yoga?
I've enrolled to a gym before but unable to try yoga classes.
Anyone who knows yoga studio that offers free-trial or at least a fee of minimal amount near Sembawang? I just want to try one time and see how...

Hi All,

I suffer from slip disc. Now I can bend over because I went for acupuncture.
But the slip disc problem is still there and I get occasional back pain.

Is Yoga suitable? Which type of Yoga should I begin with?

Because of my back - I need to find a teacher that understands the situation. Any serious good recommended teacher and at which studio please?

Thanks a million.
