To my understanding, Dr Venky has no weekend class at the moment. What you can do is to text him your email address so that he can put you in his mailing list. =)

Hi Savvy, thanks. Btw I know of 8 sessions of yoga theraphy which cost S$240. One session is 1h 15 min. Is this considered expensive or average?

With regards to your question, I guess the price is reasonable, given that one hour class at big yoga centre like True Yoga will cost you S$38. Btw, I know somebody who is charging 10 sessions at S$230. Each class is also 1 h 15 min.

i am looking for a yoga class.. my friend recommended me the true yoga classes.. btw i would like to know more about it.. how effective the classes are and the fact i'm a beginner, and also would like to know any specific trainer u guys recommend and what will be the best package i can go for..?? currently um living in east, bt from july i'll be shifting to Yishun, so in that case which true yoga branch will be closer to me..?? please do help me.. i'm new to singapore and yoga..

i want to learn yoga but do not know when to start,
i pratice pilates b4 and i follow some yoga dvd b4.....
i think i will sign up single class first venture in all studio and see which one fit my need.

hi,
I'm in indonesia. But i'll stay in singapore for 3 weeks accompanying my husband but i can't leave my yoga class . So i would like any suggestion for yogaa class near by river valley close.actually i'm new in yoga. But i found something that i've never found before in it..

you could try absolute yoga in river valley but they do primarily hot classes.
Or Real yoga, Pure yoga, True yoga all on Orchard road and quite close to you.
If you'd like personal lessons at your place, i offer affordable 75 min sessions at $60. Focusing on proper alignment and technique for beginners.
