When I practice yoga, I focus on the postures that help me, whatever style they may be. I've been using yoga to help restore my back after an accident, and some of the routines mentioned here for example have been really helpful: ieve-back-pain-strengthen-back/

There are many different type of yoga exercises which are very helpfull for your body.

1. Surya Namaskar
2. Mountain Pose
3. Baddha konasana yoga For Beginner
4. Asana For Neck
5. Kriya & Bhakti.

Well How many different kinds of yoga exercises are there?
What differentiates one kind of yoga exercises from the next?
Are they all carefully relevant or are there big variations from
