Looking for teaching yoga training?

you can check out Master Paalu Ramasamy under One yoga Group. He teaches ashtanga classical ( 8 limbs of yoga) in the basic course. Emphasise the impoartance of alignment of iyengar style... his class is seriously fun~!

The key to developing a good yoga practice and being a good yoga teacher is practice practice practice. Good luck!

so strange

I find this to be very odd. How could you possibly know that you wish to be a yoga instructor, when by the sounds of it, you are not even a student yet? How do you have any idea what it is all about, if you enjoy it or not, and most importantly if you will have the commitment to yoga that it takes to become a teacher.

My advice would be to put aside the teacher training for now, and just concentrate on establishing a regular practice.

Good luck in your journey.

i beg to differ. went for his teacher training course n i didn't enjoy it. maybe i shld say u'll find him gd if u're his pet. else u gotta resign to fate that u're either neglected or being accused of not trying hard enough. n i think the course fee's kindda exp. nowadays there're other teacher training courses that r cheaper. not sure abt the quality of cheaper course, but at least i can say the one i went for isn't exactly gd.

His gurus are Yoga Acharya V.Sheshardi and Yoga Ratna Guruji BNS Iyengar both from Mysore.

Paalu's meditation guru is Dr. Nagaraj from Mysore and his Sanskrit teacher is H.M Sudeer from Mysore who is scholar in Sanskrit.

A nice teacher is not necessary a good teacher. A good teacher is not neccessary a nice teacher.

It all depends on what you're looking for, and i believe all of us follow different teacher in our path and only we will know who's our " satguru".

As for me, i just completed the training (500hrs) with Paalu, and i must say, it is worth every cent. I also did my 200hr in India with Sivananda Ashram, but i must wholeheartedly agree that Paalu is the best teacher i have come across.

Don't look at the price. He gives his heart and soul while teaching. Specifically, his knowledge of yoga philosophy, yoga sutras, bhagavad gita, advanced pranayama is fantastic.

If you are doing Yoga, and if you have not attended his class, you are missing something near you.
