hi,
is there any male instructor that knows yoga for men? strengthening core, toning and etc.. also if there are any all men naked yoga session for people who feel most comfortable wearing minimal like sports brief, jocks..etc with maximum range of motion while correcting posture and medical conditions.

it can be done in dim light, like a spa , some nice music
hot yoga , do yoga in buff , sweat it out, i cant see u , u cant see me, but i can see the instructor
i think will feel like a baby in a womb, but who knows how that feels anyway

I think there's lotsa ppl doing yoga nude while they shower with hot water and ppl doing yoga on their bed, or guys who wear only undie to sleep doing yoga just before sleep.
Becoz that really comfy

actually it is good to practice in nude if there is privacy of your own. completely no restriction. some guys just practice with a undie.

you dont really need to practice in nude as long the clothing you wear does not restrict you when you are practicing. but you are to practice in nude i guess no one will stop you. but got to practice in your own privacy.

on the Om Shiva schedule recently that they have a men only class. OP might like to look into this.
