then "HAHA", you must be one of those idiotic poor customer services at PURE YOGA! some of the classes are set at odd hours with miserable number of sessions. Even if it is not a transfer, they should at least hear out and be willing to work out flexible options to utilise the classes. What is customer service when they totally ignored your emails? Again, i will NOT recommend Pure Yoga. Neither will I with True. But at least i don't have such a bad experience at True and regret giving Pure the contract. I've lost over $1500 just with their inflexibilities and totally unfriendly approach!

HAHA

It takes two to clap who knows you are just one of those difficult customer! If you read papers, forums in any site True Yoga is infamous of its crap service, crap class schedules, crap management, EVERYTHING IS CRAP!
ok I respect your personal opinion and choice though, its fine if you will not recommend pure yoga to anyone. peace peace peace

Hmm, I've just read all the posting for Pure Yoga, quite interesting. Currently I'm a member of Pure Yoga for 3 yrs, has always been happy with it. Actually quite surprise at the negative feedback, I haven't such experience at ngee ann branch.

Except for the difficulty in web booking for some of more popular classes. However when web booking is full, u still can do phone booking.
The customer service representative did mention that there is certain quota for web booking.
It doesn't really mean the class is fully booked. U still can try thru phone.

Anonymous, I wouldn't be so free to want to malign pure. If you are not convince share with me your email address and i'll forward you the mails. I'm sure there are a lot of pure staff moderating this forum themselves. I am an very very very unhappy customer. Still am and will be! Or maybe you are one of those pure staff ?

Ermmm.. seems like this thread has been manipulated by Pure and a few True Yoga employees. So some of the replys posted are really not worth much of a read, but it does say much about what the big Yoga centres offer its customers.

Anyway, here is an unfavourable review of Pure Yoga (Pure Yoga, pls do not suspect me as an employee of your rival company. Unfortunately, if you happen to be an employee who is reading this, its high time your management should be doing something before mass exodus of your existing members).

I've been with Pure for close to 2 years and my membership is expiring in a few months which I will not consider renewing.

Really dissappointed with the deteriorating service and facilities. It seems like they have difficulties in retaining/ recruiting good teachers. I had initially signed up for their classes due to good impressions of their teachers during the trial classes I attended. However, none of the teachers I liked were still around, hence I am having limited choice when attending classes now. Moreover, like what some other "genuine customers" in this thread have mentioned, their classes are always full, even when u try to book days in advance.

i've been wanting to find a yoga centre since long ago, and yesterday i 've gotten some feed back from one of my guest saying that the pure yoga is the only yoga insingapore that she find is good as compare to other centre like TY, but how much do i have to pay per month for a 1yr or 1 1/2yr contract?

HiHi

# Posted: 14 Jan 2010 15:57

Go for pure yoga u will nt regret it. TY is no way comparable to it.. in terms of customer & consultant service, cleanliness of studios and etiquette.

Pure Yoga is definitely better than TY, but now it is getting a bit overcrowded also.. And classes are always fully booked, so quite frustrating.

Me too, quite interesting in knowing Pure Yoga's package, does the instructor change frequently? Timetable always fixed according? Am a member of TY, but lately notice many yoga classes very MESSY, classes NOT AS ATTRACTIVE AS BEFORE.
